Executive Facilitation

Kathleen facilitates strategic planning, executive advances and organizational development sessions. She has facilitated diverse strategic sessions for Buffalo Wild Wings, El Pollo Loco, Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators Conference (MUFSO), Women’s Foodservice Forum,
Top to Top Executive Leadership Summit, and public and private Board Presentations. 

Kathleen will:

1. Pinpoint objectives of the session.
2. Identify any pre- and post work to be accomplished.
3. Develop an agenda to produce positive outcomes.
4. Create engagement on all levels.
5. Facilitate the session with energy, interactivity and enthusiasm.
6. Deliver tangible results.
7. Follow up with key take-a-ways and timelines of next steps.
