She has practical experience as a catalyst and a company leader. During her tenure, she lead the organization through Hurricanes Katrina and Rita including the extensive recovery process that followed, through an unprecedented growth of 100% in two years, through the integration of an executive team and also began the strategic planning process that supported future growth and development of the company.
Co-Founder/President of Elliot Solutions, a premier consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational development and infrastructure management. Elliot Solutions has worked with Marriott Corporation, PepsiCo North America, Church’s Chicken, Corrections Corporation of America (the largest private operator of corrections facilities in the United States), DigitalDNA (a division of Priceline.com), P.F.
